1) Verne Gagne DDQ Hans Schmidt, 2/3 falls. Schmidt won first fall, Gagne won second fall by DQ and both were DQ'ed in third fall for wrestling outside the ring with chairs.
2) Donn Lewin b. Terry Foster, 18:00
3) Lucky Simunovich b. Joe Christie, reverse decision, Christi had won two falls but continued to kick Simunovich in stomach and ref awarded match to Lucky.
